Agata Załęcka is a Polish actress, freediving champion, TEDx speaker and one of Europe’s most multidimensional performers, known for her emotional intelligence, cinematic intensity and extraordinary physical discipline.

She is the Telekamera 2023 Best Actress Award winner, Personality of the Year 2024, a guest on Top Model, and a TEDx Warsaw Women 2025 speaker.

As a freediver, she is a nine-time Polish record holder, member of the Polish National Team, the 2025 Freediving World Cup gold medalist (the first gold medal for Poland), ranked No. 3 in the CMAS World Ranking 2025, and consistently among the top 7 freedivers in the world. Her personal best –93 meters on one breath places her in the global elite.

She holds the title of No. 1 freediver in Poland in both depth and pool disciplines (2024 & 2025) and is a scholarship recipient of the Polish Minister of Sport for outstanding athletic achievements.

Parallel to her athletic career, Agata is a highly trained dramatic actress.
She graduated from the Warsaw Film School with a state diploma in dramatic acting and continued her education in the lineage of the Lee Strasberg Institute, drawing from Method Acting and the Meisner Technique. Her acting is marked by emotional precision, depth and a raw authenticity that has become her signature.

Agata began her artistic journey on stage in the iconic musical “Metro” at Teatr Buffo. Since then she has performed in respected theatres across Poland (Teatr Capitol, Kamienica, Komedia, Roma, Teatr Telewizji, Druga Strefa), as well as in major film and television productions including “Rewers,” “Miasto Skarbów” (Netflix), “Krew z krwi,” “The Office,” “Edukacja,” “Dawno temu na krajowej jedynce,” and as Commissioner Agata Rychlik in “Dzielnica Strachu.”

She also works in voice-over, dubbing, audiobooks, and music - having recorded her first single. Her background in Method Acting and her freediving discipline form a unique synergy: breath, focus, emotional immersion and physical awareness give her performances unusual intensity and truth.
