Finn Nachfolger Acting
Finn Nachfolger (no pronouns, they/them)
Finn Nachfolger is an actor, theater maker and activist and deals with the systems we are born into, such as our gender binary. Finn tries to question systems, break them down and use art to give visibility to issues and help shape our world.
Finn started acting and directing at an early age and after graduating from high school, they began working for human and animal rights organizations.
This was followed by internships and assistances at the Staatstheater Stuttgart, as well as a dramaturgy assistance with Pınar Karabulut at the Volksbühne Berlin.
During Finn's acting and expanded theater studies at the Bern University of the Arts, they created works such as “Don't panic!”, a visual manifesto and “Did opera make me gay?”, a lecture performance. In 2023/24, Finn performed at Theater St. Gallen, where they worked with B. Brüesch in Die Ärztin and N. Mattenklotz in Das Fest, among others. Finn also developed their own lecture performance Eine Frau zu sehen across all genres(cross-divisional).
Finn wants to make theater accessible to many different people and create experiences that resonate.
There is still a future to build on the sinking Titanic!
